IRA Toyota Service has recovered nicely from the staff shortages it had during the pandemic. Pretty easy now to get appointments when you want them. We dropped our car off for a flat tire on Sunday, put the key in their Dropbox; they repaired the tire by 8:30 Monday morning. Twice this past year, repairs have come in for less than the estimate.

The video the auto tech provided of problem areas is so helpful allowing you the consumer a first hand visual. A report is typed up by the customer service representative indicating those problem area and a breakdown of cost to repair. Now THAT is top notch service!!
